Shockwaves or pills? new study tests bladder relief without drugs

Summary
This study tests whether low-intensity shockwave therapy can ease overactive bladder symptoms in women as well as a standard daily medication. Seventy women will receive either weekly shockwave sessions for 8 weeks or a daily pill for 12 months. The goal is to see which approach better reduces urgent, frequent urination and improves quality of life.
