Shockwaves or pills? new study tests bladder relief for women

Summary

This study tests whether low-intensity shockwave therapy can ease overactive bladder symptoms in women better than a daily pill. About 70 women will receive either weekly shockwave sessions for 8 weeks or a standard medication for 12 months. Researchers will track symptom changes and quality of life over a year.
