First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding low-intensity shockwave therapy to the standard Xiaflex treatment can further reduce penile curvature in men with Peyronie's disease. About 60 participants with stable symptoms and moderate curvature will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or Xiaflex alone. Researchers will measure changes in bother, ability to have intercourse, and erectile function over time.
