First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares three non-invasive treatments—shockwave therapy, laser therapy, and cryotherapy (cold therapy)—to see which best reduces pain and improves daily function in people with sacroiliitis, a type of lower back/buttock pain. Researchers will measure pain levels and disability in 60 adults over the course of treatment. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free option for managing this chronic pain condition.
