Shock waves vs ozone: battle for elbow pain relief

Summary
This study compares two treatments for chronic tennis elbow pain that hasn't improved with standard care. 50 adults will receive either shock wave therapy or ultrasound-guided ozone injections once a week for three weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels, elbow function, and tendon changes to see which treatment works better.
