Shock waves vs. laser vs. ice: the battle for back pain relief

Summary

This study aims to find which of three physical therapies works best to reduce pain and improve function in people with sacroiliitis, a painful lower back condition. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either shock wave therapy, laser therapy, or cryotherapy (ice treatment), all combined with specific exercises. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, pressure sensitivity, and daily activity limitations over the course of treatment.
