Sound waves to heal your hand?

NCT ID NCT07320807

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a treatment called extracorporeal shock wave therapy to standard hand rehabilitation helps people recover better from a hand tendon injury. It will involve 56 people who had surgery for a tendon injury 8-12 weeks ago. Researchers will compare the recovery of two groups: one gets standard rehab plus the shock wave therapy, and the other gets only standard rehab.
