NCT ID NCT07476690

First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at how often a non-invasive treatment called radial shock wave therapy should be given to children with cerebral palsy to reduce muscle stiffness and improve movement and balance. About 45 children aged 6 to 14 will be split into three groups: one gets fake treatment, one gets real treatment once a week, and one gets it twice a week. The goal is to find the best schedule for easing spasticity and helping kids move better.
