New elbow pain study: could fixing your shoulder help your arm?

Summary
This study is testing if adding exercises to strengthen the shoulder blade muscles improves the results of standard shock wave therapy for tennis elbow. Researchers will compare two groups of 48 adults with persistent elbow pain. One group gets the standard therapy, while the other gets the standard therapy plus the shoulder exercises, to see which approach better reduces pain and improves arm function and strength.
