Shock waves vs. stretches: the battle to beat tennis elbow pain
NCT ID NCT07282431
Summary
This study is testing whether adding shock wave therapy to a standard exercise program works better than exercise alone for treating tennis elbow. It involves 60 adults who will do a 4-week program of supervised exercises, with half also receiving weekly shock wave treatments. The goal is to see which approach is more effective at reducing pain and improving arm function.
