NCT ID NCT06579287
First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests a new eye drop called SHJ002 to see if it can safely slow down worsening nearsightedness (myopia) in children ages 3 to 12. About 140 kids will use the drops and be compared to those using a standard treatment, atropine. The goal is to reduce how much the eye lengthens and prevent stronger prescriptions over time.
