This study tests a new eye drop called SHJ002 in 140 children aged 3 to 12 with progressive nearsightedness (myopia). The goal is to see if it can safely slow down worsening vision better than a standard treatment (atropine). The drop works by targeting a specific molecule involved in eye growth.
