Can a simple drug stop post-surgery shivering?

Summary

This study tests whether two different medicines, hydrocortisone and dexmedetomidine, can prevent shivering after abdominal surgery. About 70 adults having abdominal surgery under general anesthesia will take part. The goal is to see which drug works better at stopping the body's shivering response to cooling during surgery.
