Can a simple drug stop post-surgery shivering?

Summary

This study tests two medicines, hydrocortisone and dexmedetomidine, to see which works better at preventing shivering after abdominal surgery with general anesthesia. About 70 adults having abdominal surgery will take part. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to reduce this common side effect.
