Summary
This study tests a device called the ShiraTronics Migraine Therapy System for people with chronic migraine (15-26 headache days per month). About 250 adults will receive either the real device or a sham (fake) device to see if it safely reduces monthly headache days. The goal is to find a new way to relieve, interrupt, and prevent migraines without medication.
