Summary

This study aims to understand how working night shifts impacts blood sugar, fat levels, and heart health in hospital employees. Researchers will compare 48 workers who do night shifts with those who don't, using continuous glucose monitors and tracking diet and activity. The goal is to learn more about the health risks of shift work, not to test a treatment.
