Summary
This study will test whether a traditional Chinese medicine pill, Shexiang Baoxin Pill, can help people who have had a heart attack and are undergoing a procedure to open blocked arteries. About 9,588 adults will be randomly assigned to take the pill or not, and researchers will track major heart and brain events like death, another heart attack, or stroke for one year. The goal is to see if adding this pill to standard care improves outcomes and quality of life.
