Summary
This study tests Shenkangling, a traditional Chinese herbal tonic, in 100 adults who experience kidney injury during surgery. The goal is to see if it helps kidneys recover and is safe. Participants take the herb twice daily, and researchers measure urine and blood markers of kidney function.
