Summary

This study looked at whether replacing traditional cooking fuels (like wood and kerosene) with solar power and LPG gas stoves can improve health in rural Rwanda. About 1,680 people from 650 households took part, including adults and children. Researchers measured blood pressure and lung function over three years to see if cleaner energy leads to better health.
