Ancient herb tested for modern Women's sexual health

Summary

This study is testing whether a traditional herb called Shatavari can improve sexual wellness in women experiencing stress and reduced sexual function. 60 women aged 20-50 will take either the Shatavari extract or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sexual function, stress levels, and quality of life through questionnaires and saliva tests.
