Ancient herb tested as modern fix for Women's sexual health

Summary
This study aims to see if a daily dose of Shatavari, a traditional herb, can improve sexual function and reduce stress in women. It will involve 60 women aged 20-50 who report reduced sexual function and higher stress. Participants will take either the herb or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks to compare results.
