Ancient herb tested for modern PMS relief
NCT ID NCT07441096
Summary
This study aims to see if a daily capsule of Shatavari, a traditional herb, can help ease common PMS symptoms like mood swings, stress, and sleep problems. About 60 women with mild to moderate PMS will take either the herb or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in symptoms, stress, sleep, and quality of life to see if Shatavari is safe and effective.
