Summary
This study tests whether a daily dose of shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root extract can reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms like mood swings, fatigue, and cramps. Sixty women with mild to moderate PMS will take either the herb or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in symptoms, stress, and sleep using questionnaires.
