NCT ID NCT07431372
Summary
This study aims to test and validate a new questionnaire called the Shared Happiness Index, designed to measure collective well-being among healthcare teams in French primary care clinics. Researchers will enroll about 350 healthcare professionals from over 100 clinics to complete the questionnaire and other standard surveys. The goal is to create a reliable tool to monitor team happiness, which could help improve work conditions, staff retention, and ultimately patient care quality.
