NCT ID NCT07476482
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether involving pregnant women in decisions about their planned C-section can lower pain and improve their experience during the surgery. About 80 women scheduled for an elective C-section under spinal anesthesia will take part. Half will receive a shared decision-making session before surgery, while the other half will get standard care. The goal is to see if this patient-centered approach reduces pain and anxiety during the procedure.
