Summary
This study is building a decision aid for people with a rare heart condition where a coronary artery comes from the wrong place (R-AAOCA). The goal is to help patients, families, and doctors weigh the risks of surgery versus monitoring, since there is no single best option. Researchers will create the tool with input from patients and clinicians, then test it in a small pilot study with 60 participants aged 10-35 to see if it improves decision-making comfort and quality of life.
