Gentle moves, better sleep: new study tests exercise for breast cancer insomnia

Summary

This study tests whether a gentle exercise program called Shangshou Daoyin can improve sleep and quality of life in breast cancer patients who have trouble sleeping. About 76 women who finished cancer treatment at least 3 months ago will practice these safe, simple movements. The goal is to find a drug-free way to ease insomnia and help patients feel better day-to-day.
