Summary
This study tests whether a gentle exercise routine called Shangshou Daoyin can improve sleep and quality of life in breast cancer patients with insomnia. 76 women who completed cancer treatment at least 3 months ago will either do the exercises three times a week or receive standard care for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to ease sleep problems.
