Summary
This study compared a new cosmetic shampoo to a standard medicated shampoo and another cosmetic shampoo for treating mild to moderate dandruff and scalp flaking in adults with seborrheic dermatitis. 90 participants used the assigned shampoo for 4 weeks. Researchers measured dandruff severity using a clinical score at multiple time points to see how well each product worked.
