Summary
This study tested a special shampoo to see how well it reduces dandruff and severe itching. Forty adults with moderate to severe dandruff used the shampoo three times a week for a month, then once a week for 24 more weeks. Researchers checked their progress over 10 visits to see if the shampoo provided lasting relief and improved quality of life.
