First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study was designed for children whose brain or central nervous system (CNS) tumors had come back or were not responding to treatment. The goal was to see if adding the experimental drug SGT-53 to standard radiation and chemotherapy was safe and could shrink tumors. However, the study was withdrawn before any children were enrolled, so no results are available.
