Summary
This was an early safety study of an experimental drug called SGC001, which is being developed for heart attacks. The study tested single, increasing doses in 49 healthy adults to see how safe it is and how the body processes it. The main goal was to check for side effects and understand how the drug moves through the body, not to treat any disease.
