Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called SG301, given as an injection under the skin, to see if it is safe for people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study first gives a single dose to healthy volunteers, then multiple doses to lupus patients. Researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body. This is a small, placebo-controlled trial with 48 participants to gather initial safety data.
