New injection aims to protect kids from kidney disease flare-ups
NCT ID NCT07087314
Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called SG301 can help children with a kidney condition called nephrotic syndrome. The condition causes frequent flare-ups that usually require strong steroid medications. Researchers want to see if SG301 injections can help children stay in remission longer and reduce their need for steroids. The study will enroll 30 children aged 6-18 who have frequent relapses despite steroid treatment.
