Summary

This study looks at how radiotherapy (with or without surgery) affects sexual quality of life in women with HPV-positive pelvic cancers like cervical, vaginal, vulvar, or anal cancer. Researchers will follow 42 women over time using questionnaires to understand sexual function, emotional distress, and the impact of knowing HPV is sexually transmitted. The goal is to gather information that can help doctors better support patients after treatment.
