Liver Transplant's impact on Men's sexual health under the microscope

Summary
This study aims to understand how common erectile dysfunction is in men with severe liver scarring (cirrhosis) who need a liver transplant, and how it changes one year after the transplant. Researchers will enroll 150 men to compare their sexual function before and after surgery, and test the effectiveness of a common medication (PDE-5 inhibitors like tadalafil) for treating the condition.
