Summary
This study tested a type of sexual counseling called EX-PLISSIT in 74 postmenopausal women. The goal was to see if it could improve their sexual quality of life, satisfaction, and how they view sexuality during menopause. Women in the counseling group were compared to a control group to measure any changes.
