Summary
This study will test whether a Setswana version of the Quality of Recovery (QoR-15) questionnaire is accurate and easy to use for 150 adults having planned orthopaedic surgery at a South African hospital. Participants will fill out the questionnaire before and after surgery, and also rate their recovery on a simple scale. The goal is to ensure that language does not get in the way of measuring how well patients recover from anesthesia and surgery.
