Your own blood could ease your dry eyes

Summary
This study is testing special eye drops made from a patient's own blood to see if they can safely relieve symptoms of moderate-to-severe dry eye. The drops contain natural healing factors and are for people who haven't gotten enough relief from standard artificial tear treatments. Researchers will measure changes in eye comfort, vision, and quality of life in 70 participants.
