Summary

This study tests whether a new drug, serplulimab, combined with chemotherapy works better than the standard drug, nivolumab, plus chemotherapy for shrinking lung cancer before surgery. About 116 people with stage II to IIIa squamous non-small cell lung cancer will take part. The goal is to see which combination leads to no cancer remaining in the removed tissue.
