Summary

This study looked at whether serial casting (applying a series of casts) can improve ankle movement and walking in children with spastic cerebral palsy who have tight calf muscles. Forty children aged 3 to 12 took part. The goal was to see if this simple, non-surgical treatment could ease symptoms and improve mobility.
