Newer nose surgery technique put to the test
NCT ID NCT07434765
Summary
This study compared two surgical methods to fix a deviated nasal septum, a common cause of breathing problems. 210 patients were randomly assigned to receive either the traditional surgery or a newer, less invasive technique using a small camera (endoscope). The goal was to see which method led to better results and fewer complications like continued blockage or holes in the septum.
