Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques for fixing a deviated nasal septum (the wall inside your nose). The goal is to see which method—disarticulation septoplasty or classic open surgery—better improves breathing and patient satisfaction. About 40 adults will be followed for 3 months after surgery.
