Summary
This study looks at whether certain blood test results can help predict how well sepsis patients in the intensive care unit will do. Researchers will compare three different markers in the blood to see which one best forecasts the risk of death within 28 days. The goal is to find a simple, reliable way to guide treatment for the 290 adult participants being enrolled.
