Can rewiring the senses help kids with cerebral palsy?
NCT ID NCT07278635
Summary
This study tested whether adding sensory integration therapy to standard balance exercises could help children with cerebral palsy. Twenty-two children aged 6-10 were randomly assigned to receive either exercises alone or exercises plus sensory therapy for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in balance, daily independence, and cognitive skills to see if the combined approach offered extra benefits.
