Massage, music, and scents tested as natural pain relief for labor

NCT ID NCT07248787

Summary

This study aims to see if simple sensory methods can help women feel less pain and more comfort during labor. Researchers will test massage, lavender scent, special music, and watching an aquarium video, comparing them to standard care. About 200 women planning a vaginal birth will try one of these methods during labor to see which works best.
