First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining Senobi exercises (a type of breathing and movement routine) with standard aerobic exercises can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The goal is to see if this combination reduces fatigue, lowers body mass index (BMI), and improves quality of life. The trial will involve 32 women aged 18-35 with PCOS, who will exercise three times a week for six weeks. Half will do both Senobi and aerobic exercises, while the other half will do only aerobic exercises.
