First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a type of exercise called 'Senobi' to regular aerobic workouts can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) lose weight, feel less tired, and improve their overall well-being. About 32 women aged 18-35 with PCOS will take part. One group will do both Senobi and aerobic exercises, while the other group does only aerobic exercises, for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if the combined approach offers extra benefits.
