Teen squat test aims to perfect fatigue measurement

Summary

This study checks if a special muscle sensor (sEMG) can consistently measure fatigue in healthy teenagers during exercise. 27 teens will do repeated squats until exhaustion in two sessions, one week apart. The goal is to see if the sensor gives reliable results, not to treat any disease.
