Diabetes drug tested for sleep apnea relief

Summary
This study is checking if a weekly injection called semaglutide, already used for diabetes and weight loss, can also help improve sleep apnea. It will follow 15 adults who have both sleep apnea and either type 2 diabetes or obesity. Researchers will measure changes in their sleep apnea severity, weight, and other health markers after 1 and 4 weeks of treatment.
